Allows our clients to have a more detailed understanding of the cost of their project and where these costs are allocated. The contracted amount to carry out proposed works will also include a set time frame
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT CONTRACTING:
We develop and costing of proposed works to achieve best value for money for the client whilst adhering to AS/NZS standards.
We ensure that the request of the client is carried out as per specification and within desired time frames. We also ensure budgets are adhered to and that if there are variations that they are valid and justified
We look after the deployment of contractors and the safety and well being of the site and the general public whom may be affected by these works. We also ensure compliance with AS standards relating to construction.
